You can ask to reduce or increase your credit limit any time, you can do so via the Internet Bank, our Banking app or by calling us. We'll only ever increase your credit limit if you ask us to. Remember, a higher credit limit may offer greater flexibility and convenience to help you with your financial needs. However, it may also increase the risk of you taking on too much debt, which could mean that it costs you more or takes you longer to pay your borrowing off. So, please ask yourself if you really need a higher limit.
