How to set up a Direct Debit
- the account number and sort code of the bank account you are paying from
- your 16-digit credit card number
- then give us a call on 0800 055 66 11
A new Direct Debit will be confirmed on your next statement. Until then, please make sure you continue to pay by your usual method.
You can choose one of three options for your Direct Debit
- Pay the minimum amount owed each month.
- Pay off the outstanding balance each month
- Pay a set amount each month. If this is less than the minimum payment in any month, then we will take the minimum payment so that you don't incur a late payment fee
You can change between any of the three payment options any time online (if you're registered for online banking), or by calling us on the number above.
To make a payment from your NorthBridge Finance current account
- Log in to the Internet Bank
- Choose the account you want to pay from and select ‘Make a single payment’ or, if you want to arrange repeat payments to your card ‘Setup a regular payment’
- Select ‘One of your own NorthBridge Finance accounts (including Mysave)’
- Select your credit card
- Enter the amount you wish to pay and when
- Confirm the payment
To pay by phone with any debit card
- Our automated payment service is open 24 hours a day
- You'll need your 16-digit credit card number and the debit card you intend to pay from, which must be in the same name
Steps
- Call our automated service on 0800 055 66 11
- Use the keypad to enter your details
- Your payment will usually be credited to your account the next working day
To pay by post

Step One
Make your cheque payable to your credit card followed by your name e.g. NorthBridge Finance Credit Card – Joe Bloggs.

Step Two
Write your 16-digit credit card number on the reverse of the cheque.
